Doris and Mavis are 8 year old female English Cocker Spaniels. They need a new home together due to personal issues in the family. They are absolutely have to stay together as they have been together since the day they were born. Mavis was born partially sighted and relies on Doris to help her with finding her way around.
They’re good with children of all ages (there are young grandchildren who are regularly at the house) and fine with other dogs out and about but probably better just the two dogs in a home. They’re a no to cats. Both girls adore people and are so sweet. They’re not getting walked at present so did pull a bit but nothing major.
We are told they have recall too. Great at home and simply adorable girls. Both vaccinated and chipped but not speyed (this will be done at our vets in Sheffield once we can get them done). Foster homes need to be within an hour of Rotherham to attend our vets and for meets.
Forever homes can be anywhere within the UK but you will need to travel to us in South Yorkshire. As always we require everyone in the family and any children who are regularly going to be in contact with the dog to attend the meet. Our usual process is that you will need to come and meet the dog and that adoption is then done on a second meet.
